By implementing SAP FI, we helped OEM Automatic to unify accounting systems in its European branches.
OEM Automatic is one of the leading European suppliers of components for industrial automation and electrical engineering. It represents more than 30 specialized manufacturers in this field and has branches not only in several European countries, but also in China.
The parent company is based in Sweden and its individual European branches are building a network of customers in the given market, to which they provide customer service and logistics background. The Czech branch is based in Zdiby near Prague, where it also has a central warehouse, thanks to which it can often ship the ordered goods on the same day as it receives the order.
Due to the ever-expanding international branch network and the need to serve the customer quickly, the Swedish headquarters decided to unify the corporate information system on the SAP ERP platform. Mibcon, as the exclusive partner for the Czech Republic and Slovakia within the United VARs community, SAP's international partner network, implemented the SAP FI system in the domestic branch of OEM Automatic.
