"The implementation of the SAP solution for our company was the basic building block for the planned competence center, with the goal to ensure the pan-European integration of the financial and accounting processes of the entire company. In the first phase, the Slovak Republic was implemented as a pilot project, in the next phase the Czech Republic was launched. The scope of implementation covered primarily financial and logistics processes with integration into existing systems. The project was delivered as expected in the required terms and scope.
